摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病病人合并真菌感染的病因及临床治疗方法.方法对23例糖尿病合并真菌感染的病人进行病例分析,总结其治疗方法.结果广谱抗茵药物的大量应用及糖尿病免疫力低下是造成糖尿病病人真菌感染的主要病因.结论提高糖尿病病人的免疫力,合理应用广谱抗茵药物是非常重要的.Objective To explore the causes and clinical therapy of diabetes mellitus combined with fungous infection.Methods 23 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with fungous infection were analysed, and its therapy methods were summarized. Results Applying extensive pedigree antibiotic and lower immunity were main causes of fungous infection of patients with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion It is very important to improve immunity of patients with diabetes mellitus and apply reasonably extensive pedigree antibiotic.
