摘 要:分析了一台由发动机余热驱动的内燃机车司机室空调样机 .该样机的空调系统采用具有蓄冷装置的固体吸附式单效制冷循环 ,以沸石 -水为吸附工质对 ,吸附时间长于解吸时间 ,解吸时的供冷由蓄冷器的放冷来实现 .对样机在实验室工况下的运行性能进行了测试 ,分析了吸附器的温度变化、制冷功率变化和系统的总体性能 .结果表明 ,该样机节能环保、运行稳定、操作方便 。An innovative prototype of exhausted heat powered solid adsorption air conditioning system with zeolite water pair used for internal combustion locomotive cab was presented and analyzed. Only one adsorber is applied in the system and a water tank combined with the evaporator is used for cold storage to make the system simpler and more convenient compared to multi adsorber system. Adsorption period is longer than desorption period in operation, and the cooling output during desorption period is supplied by the cold storage tank. Experimental performance of the system was investigated and an average refrigeration power of 3.3 kW is got under the experimental condition. The variation of the adsorbent temperature and the output refrigeration power was also analyzed experimentally. The results show that this air conditioning system, which is energy saving and environmental friendly, is suitable for the locomotive cab.
