摘 要:建立了 CO2 汽车空调器的系统稳态仿真模型 ,其中 ,气体冷却器和蒸发器采用二维分布参数模型 ;吸气热交换器采用集中参数模型 ;压缩机的热力计算模型由实验数据回归而得 ;膨胀阀的节流过程近似为等焓过程 .主要参数的仿真结果与文献实验数据的误差小于± 5 % .其于仿真模型 ,在换热器总体积不变的条件下 ,研究了气体冷却器占换热器总体积百分比对系统 COP的影响 .结果表明 ,系统 COP随气体冷却器体积百分比变化存在一个最优值区间 ,在此区间内系统都能获得较高的The steady state model of carbon dioxide mobile air conditioner was built. In the model, the gascooler and the evaporator are in two dimensional distributed parameter form, the suction line heat exchanger is in lumped parameter form, the thermodynamic performance of the compressor is regressed with experimental data, and the throttling process of the valve is considered isenthalpic. The average error between the simulation results and experimental data is less than 5%. Based on the system model, the influence of volumetric ration of gascooler in the total heat exchanger on COP of the system was studied under the condition that the total volume of heat exchangers is constant. It is found that there exists and optimal value region of the volumetric ratio of gascooler, in which the COP can keep high.
