营养酸模种子在不同处理条件下的发芽对比试验研究

摘  要:试验以营养酸模进口原种、培育原种、栽培用种及野生巴天酸模种作为试验用种 ,设置 4个试验组 ,分别在不同温度 (恒温湿置和变温浸泡 )下和不同药物浸种 (药物置床和药物浸种 )预处理下进行了发芽对比试验。试验结果证实 :恒温湿置和药物置床均不利于酸模种子萌发 ,只有在变温浸泡和药物浸种相配合下才能获得较高的发芽势和发芽率 ,尤以变温 2 0~ 6 0℃与 0 .2 5 %SNF— 1浸种剂相结合处理破除营养酸模种子休眠状态 ,可使其发芽率达到最高 98.8% (P <0 .0 1) ,同时证实 。Nutritious-Rumex of imported original seed, developed original seed, cultivation-used seed and wild Rumex patientia seeds were treated at different temperature (constant temperature wet placed and alternative temperature soaking) and different medication treatment (medication placed soil and medication soaking) for germination tests. The results showed that constant temperature wet placed and medication placed soil were not suitable for seed germination, only the method alternative temperature soaking and medication soaking assorted were better for seed germination. Especially, in alternative temperature 20~60 ℃ and 0.25% SNF-1 seed soaking agent coordinated to break dormant seed to improve the germination to 98.8% significantly (P< 0.01). It was proved that the seed soaking agent SNF-1 would be a ideal agent for Nutritious-Rumex germination.
