免不1号对雌性小鼠免疫性不孕症的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :为了研究中药免不 1号治疗免疫性不孕症作用机理。方法 :用精子抗原免疫昆明种雌小鼠 ,建立免疫不孕症动物模型 ,饲喂中药复方免不 1号 ,观察抗精子抗体指标、组织学指标、免疫细胞化学指标和妊娠指标。结果 :免不 1号能降低卵巢免疫复合物沉积 ;免不 1号能明显降低小白鼠血清抗精子抗体 ,且停药后抗体反跳幅度小 ;免不 1号明显提高动物的妊娠 ,每胎仔数明显高于模型组 (P <0 0 5 )及西药组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :免不 1号可能通过清除卵巢免疫复合物沉积 ,降低免疫复合物对组织的损伤 ,并降低血清 ,宫颈黏液AsAb ,有利于提高小鼠的妊娠。Objective:To explore the mechanism of Chinese medicine Mianbu Ⅰ healing immunological infertility.Methods:Model female mice of Kunmin species of immunological infertility with antisperm antibodies(AsAb) were made by injection of mice sperm.The mice were treated with Mianbu Ⅰ or prednisone in the same period of model establishment.The changes of levels of AsAb in serum,cervical mucus,the changes of histology and immunohistochemistry in testis and epididymis,pregnant were investigated in tested mice.The AsAb index,histology index,and immunohistochemistry index,pregnant index after the mice were fed with Mianbu Ⅰ were investigated.Methods:Model female mice of Kunmin species of immunological infertility with antisperm antibodies(AsAb)were made by injection of mice sperm.The mice were treated with Mianbu Ⅰ or prednisone in the same period of model establishment.The changes of levels of AsAb in serum,seminal vesical plasma,cervical mucus,fructose in seminal vesical plasma,the changes of pathology and immunohistochemistry in ovary ,pregnant were investigated in tested mice.Results:It was showed the Mianbu Ⅰ can decrease the deposition of immunological compounds in ovary.The Mianbu Ⅰ can heavily decrease the amount of AsAb in serum(comparing with model group, P <0 01),the rebound of the AsAb is low after withdrawal it.The Mianbu Ⅰ can increase the mice pregnancy,the number of offspring per pregnancy was significant higher than model group( P <0 05) and prednisone group( P <0 05、 P <0 01).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Mianbu Ⅰ can regulate,absorb,clear circulating and parting AsAb,immunological compound in ovary,increase the mice pregnancy finally.
