摘　　要：目的 :观察肾炎 3号方对肾小球系膜细胞TGF β1及其mRNA表达的影响。方法 :应用血清药理学方法制备含药血清 ,作用于正常胎牛血清培养和脂多糖刺激下的系膜细胞 ,利用ELISA和RT -PCR方法 ,观察肾炎 3号方对肾小球系膜细胞TGF β1及其mRNA表达的影响。结果 :肾炎 3号方能显著抑制系膜细胞TGF β1的分泌及其mRNA的表达。结论 :肾炎 3号方抑制TGF β1及其基因表达可能是其治疗系膜增生性肾炎防止肾小球硬化的机制之一。Objective:To investigate the effect of the No.3 prescription for nephritis on Transforming Growth Factor β 1(TGF β 1) and Its mRNA Expression in the cultured rat Mesangial Cells.Methods:Drug\|contained serum was produced with serum pharmacological techniques and then was applied to react on mesangial cells (MC) cultured in fetal cow serum (FCS) and those cultured in FCS plus lipopolysaccharide (LPS). By way of ELISA and RT\|PCR,the effect of the No.3 prescription for nephritis on transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF β 1) and its gene expression in mesangial cells was observed.Results:the No.3 prescription for nephritis could significantly inhibit the sectetion of TGF β 1 by mesangial cells and its mRNA expression.Conclusion:The inhibiting effect of No.3 prescription for nephritis on TGF β 1 and its gene expression may account for the function of treating mesentery hyperplastic nephritis and preventing glomerulosclerosis.
