宁波市1991～2000年脊灰疫苗效价及免疫成功率监测

摘　　要：目的　评价脊灰疫苗质量和免疫效果。方法　在冷链各环节抽取脊灰疫苗进行效价测定 ,随机抽查接种对象的免疫成功率。结果　疫苗效价合格率为 74 3 9% ,均数为 5 6988± 0 2 716TCID50 /份 ,Ⅰ型阳转率为 98 12 % ,GMT1∶45 5 7;Ⅱ型阳转率为 97 92 % ,GMT1∶3 5 2 5 ;Ⅲ阳转率为 97 49% ,GMT1∶2 81 7。结论　我市脊灰免疫接种、冷链管理状态良好 ,儿童免疫成功率较高。ObjectiveTo evaluate the quality and efficiency of poliomyelitis vaccine. MethodsPoliomyelitis vaccine was selected from every link of the cold chain system with random sampling method to test the valence, and the objects vaccinated were selected randomly to investigate the immune success rate.[WTHZResultsIn 1991～2000, the qualified rate of valence of poliomyelitis vaccine was 74.39%, and the mean was 5.6988 TCID 50 per portion with the SD 0.2716. The immune success rate of type Ⅰ was 98.12% with the GMT 1∶455.67, type Ⅱ was 97.92% with the GMT 1∶352.44 and type Ⅲ was 97.49% with the GMT 1∶281.72.ConclusionsBoth of the vaccination and the cold chain system in Ningbo city work well, and the children have a high immune success rate.
