摘　　要：目的　研究Richards钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效。方法　股骨粗隆间骨折复位后在定位器指引下于大转子下选定的进针点平行于股骨颈纵轴钻入一导针 ,测量其进针深度后 ,沿导针用扩孔钻扩孔至同样深度 ,攻丝后 ,选一相同长度Richards拉力钉拧入 ,退出导针安装套筒钢板 ,拧紧拉力钉尾部螺钉 ,使其加压嵌插骨折端 ,钢板柄部用螺钉固定于股骨上段 ,术后可早期下床扶双拐不负重活动。结果　优 2 5例 ,良 4例 ,可 1例 ,总优良率 96 7%。结论　Richards钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折安全、可靠 ,可促进骨折愈合 ,为早期功能锻炼创造了条件 ,并预防合并症的发生。Objetive To analyse the clinical results of the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur using Richards plate. Methods After reduction,at the right point below the trochanter major, guided by an oriented apparatus, a guide pin was drilled parallely to the axis of ordinate of the neck of femur. The result of measured depth was used to enlarge the pin channel. Then the channel was tapped and Richards plate and screws were fixed. After screwing of the dynamoscrew the neck femur got bone stump compressure. The patients were allowed early post operation divigation without weight on the leg with a pair of crutches. Results The excellent result was obtained in 25 cases, good in 4 cases,common in 1 case. The general superior rate was 96 7%. Conclusion Richards plate is a good internal fixtion apparatus in the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur.
