摘 要:应用增广随机区组设计,对17个甘蔗品种进行了比较试验,并以蔗茎产量分析为例,对这一试验设计的统计分析过程作了比较详细的介绍。结果表明,排名前10名的品种之间,产量差异未达统计学差异显著水平。ROC24,甘引8号,C25,ROC10和粤农87-1305是产量排名最后的品种,它们之间产量差异不显著。应用增广设计,甘蔗育种工作者可测定选系的试验误差,将品种测验和品系测验结合于同一个试验中,并可在品种间、品系间以及品种和品系间进行有效的比较。Augmented randomized complete block design was employed in a variety trial with 17 varieties tested. The yield data analysis was used to illustrate the analysis for the design in detail. The results indicated that there were no significant yield differences among the first ten varieties of higher yielding. ROC24, GY8, C25, ROC10 and Yuenong87-1305 ranked in the last five in cane yield, showing no significant differences among them. With augmented design, sugarcane breeders are able to measure experimental error for seedlings, combine seedling and variety tests in a same trial, and make comparisons among seedlings, among varieties, and between members of the two groups.
