摘  要:研究了不同燃料分加比例和分加条件对混合料造小球团及烧结过程的影响。结果表明 :在首都钢铁集团公司矿业公司的原料条件下 ,燃料分加使混合料原始透气性略微降低、垂直烧结速度加快。燃料分加小球团烧结时必须注意混合料布料问题 ,否则会破坏烧结过程热制度。在适宜的布料条件下 ,小球团烧结时采用燃料分加工艺可提高烧结杯利用系数。The influence of different fuel adding rate and different fuel adding method on process making micropellet in sinter mixture was given. Adding fuel separately has advantages in micropelletizing of mixture and disadvantages in the permeability of sinter mixture. Distribution of mixture for adding fuel separately in the micropellet sintering processing must be notice, otherwise the heat system in sinter would be destroyed . In the suitable distribution condition of sinter mixture , the utilization coefficient of sinter machine would be raised, the solid fuel consumption would be reduced and the strength of sinter ore would be raised in micropellet sinter processing.
