摘　　要：介绍了热轧厂热送热装生产管理及工艺技术 ,包括以下几个部分 :以工序时间为核心的生产计划编制系统、以控制时间为核心的动态热装轧制单位编制原则、一般热装条件下的热装加热工艺制订方法、加热炉自动化燃烧控制系统的应用、热装质量的实时反馈、提高板坯保温效果的原则。The present paper introduces the production management and technology of hot charging and handling in the Hot Rolling Mill including the process time-cored production scheduling system, the control time-cored dynamic hot charging and rolling unit scheduling principle, the hot charging process formulation method under the general hot charging conditions, application of the automatic combustion control system for the reheating furnace, the real time feed back of hot charging quality and the principle for improvement of the slab temperature holding.
