高温合金特种铸造技术——喷射铸造的研究和发展

摘　　要：喷射铸造高温合金具有成分均匀、无宏观偏析、晶粒与组织细小等快速凝固组织特征,同时它的热塑性和力学性能得到改善.综合评述了高温合金喷射铸造技术的国内外研究与应用情况及其发展方向.Spray casting is an advanced special casting technique. The investigation of spray cast superalloys show that spray cast superalloys are of characteriation of rapidly solidified materials, such as homogenous composition, no macro segregation, refined grain and microstructure, and have improved forgeabilty and mechanical properties. The research and development of spray casting of superalloys in the world are also reviewed.
