摘  要:目的 通过作业场所职业卫生调查 ,研究密闭工作环境对人体健康的影响。方法 对 90名空调环境暴露工人和 5 4名非空调环境对照工人进行一般情况调查 ,检测血清IgG、IgM、IgA ,补体C3 、C4和溶菌酶等免疫指标 ,同时对比两组车间空气质量状况。结果 观察组空调环境中 ,甲醛、CO2 浓度及噪声强度均显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,负离子显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。观察组血清IgG、IgM、IgA ,补体C3 、C4均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,溶菌酶差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 空调环境中负离子浓度低 ,空气质量恶化 ,可能对作业人群的免疫功能造成一定影响 ,使其有降低的趋势。Objective To study the effect of air conditioned environment on workers immune function.Methods 90 workers who worked in air conditioned environment and 54 control workers were selected as observing group and control group,respectively.The serum levels of IgG,IgM,IgA,C 3,C 4and lysozyme of these workers were detected.At the same time,the air quality of the workplaces was also measured.Results Formaldehyde?CO 2 and noise levels in the air conditioned environment were all significantly higher than that of the control,negative ion level was significantly lower than that of the control( P <0 05);while the IgG,IgM,IgA,C 3 and C 4 levels in serum of the observing workers were significantly lower than that of the control( P <0 01),but there was no significant difference in lysozyme level between the two groups ( P >0 05).Conclusion The air conditioned environment may affect workers immune function.
