药物滥用者的艾滋病相关知识和行为分析

摘　　要：目的 :为进一步开展的对药物滥用者进行的艾滋病 (AIDS)健康教育工作提供依据。方法 :采用问卷调查法对重庆市强制戒毒所现有的 393例药物滥用者进行爱滋病 (AIDS)的知识、态度、行为的横断面调查。结果 :最常用的药物为海洛因 ,有 98%的被调查者使用该类药物 ;4 2 .5 %的被调查者首次药物滥用的年龄低于 2 0岁 ;药物滥用者受教育的程度以中学文化水平 (94 .6 % )为主 ;多数药物滥用者对艾滋病相关知识有一定程度的了解 ,但个人行为仍存在传播艾滋病的高危行为。结论 :药物滥用者低龄化现象明显 ,对艾滋病相关知识的了解不够全面 ,并存在明显的行为危险因素。针对高危人群开展健康教育 ,降低药物滥用的危害 。Objective:To provide the evidence for health education of AIDS among drug users.Methods:393 drug users were investigated with questionnaire including the conception and behavior of AIDS in Chongqing constraint withdrawal.Result:98% drug users usually used heroin,drug users were very young and 42 5% users who first used drugs under 20,94 6% drug users just entered secondary school,a lot of drug users had knowledge about the conception of AIDS,but they still had high risk behavior.Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the education and intervention on drug abuse and AIDS for drug users so that the harm of drug abuse and the disseminate of the AIDS will be gradually reduced.
