自贡市2000年人群死因分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解自贡市人口死亡情况 ,给疾病防治研究提供信息。方法 :通过对自贡市 2 0 0 0年全人类死亡报告资料进行统计分析。结果 :总死亡率为 5 110 .6 9/ 10万 ,循环系统疾病死亡率居第一位 ,其次是呼吸系统疾病 ,恶性肿瘤居第三位 ;其标化死亡率为 176 .0 6 / 10万、 139.5 8/ 10万、 116 .2 1/ 10万。标化死亡率男性 6 6 4 .80 / 10万高于女性 389.5 2 / 10万。不同年龄段主要死亡病种不同 ,其中恶性肿瘤又以肺恶性肿瘤死亡率最高 ,标化死亡率为 31.75 / 10万。全人群平均期望寿命为 73.4 1岁 ,其中男性为 70 .5 3岁 ,女性为 76 .6 2岁。因恶性肿瘤造成的去死因寿命损失年为 3.0 4岁 ,男性恶性肿瘤死亡率为 177.5 4 / 10万高于女性 94 .5 9/ 10万 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 5 ,χ2 =132 .91)。结论Objective:To study death situation of whole population and provide the diseases' research with useful information.Methods:Analysing the data of whole population death report in Zigong city in 2000.Resuits:The general death rate was 5110 69/10 5,the highest death rate was caused by the diseases of circulation system,the second was that of vespiration,and the third,malignancies,their gross mortality rates were by turn 176 06/10 5?135 58/10 5?116 21/10 5.It's gross death rate that male's(664 80/10 5) was higher than that of the female's(389 52/10 5).The diseases caused death of different age spans were different each other,among malignancies,the pulmonary tumors were the highest,its gross death rate was 31 75/10 5.The whole population average expectation life was 73 41,among them,the male was 70 53,and the female,76 62.The cause eliminated life by malignancies was 3 04,and the male's tumors death rate(177 54/10 5) was higher than that of female(94 59/10 5).There was significant difference( P<0 005,χ 2=132 91 ).Conclusion:The malignancy is one of the main diseases which are harmful to the public health.
