摘  要:目的 :探讨蚓状肌血供特点和分布规律 ,为临床应用提供依据。方法 :在 3倍放大镜下观测 3 0只成人尸手、1 2 0条蚓状肌的外在动脉 ,并采用甲醛墨汁灌注 ,火棉胶包埋 ,做成 1 5 0 μm超厚切片 ,应用染色铺片法进行染色 ,在Olympus显微镜和显微图像分析仪下测定蚓状肌内在动脉的血管网眼面积、密度和形态 ,各数据经统计学处理。结果 :共观测外在动脉3 1 3支 ,证实蚓状肌血供的多源性 ;并发现第 1蚓状肌恒定的神经血管束 ,内在动脉逐级互相吻合 ,第 1蚓状肌的血管平均外径及网眼密度大于其它蚓状肌。结论 :外在动脉具有多源性 ,内在动脉具有连续性、不均匀性和发达的微循环特点。当第Objective: To discover the blood supply and distribution characters of lumbrical muscles. Methods: 120 lumbrical muscles’ external arteries of 30 hands were observed under operation magnifying glass. Formaldelyde ink perfusion and cellodian embedding were processed to produce 150μm superthick samples. The internal arteries’ area, density and shape are observed with Olympus microscope and microimage analysis machine. Statistical analysis was used in data. Result: According to observing 313 external arteries, multisources of lumbrical muscles and constant nerve-vessel bundle of the first lumbrical muscle were discovered.Different grade internal arteries contact each other. Average diameter and mesh density of the first lumbrical muscle are more preponderant than others. Conclusions: External arteries have multisources character. Continuity heterogeneity and prosperous microcirculation are the characteristics of internal arteries. The constant nerve-vessel bundle of the first lumbrical muscle must be repaired when it is injuried to avoid the atrophy of muscles.
