力竭运动对大鼠血清脂蛋白、血浆内皮素的影响

摘　　要：以力竭运动为模型 ,观察了大鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、极低密度脂蛋白 (VLDL)和血浆内皮素 (ET)的含量。结果显示 ,力竭运动可造成血清TG、TC、LDL的含量显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,HDL含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,VLDL无显著性改变 ,TC HDL及LDL HDL比率显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆ET显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) 。By using the model of exhaustive exercise in rats, the alterations on the contents of TC,TG,HDL,LDL,VLDL,MDA and the content ET in plasma are measured. The content of TC,TG,LDL in serum decreases sharply while the content of HDL in serum increases significantly (P<0.01),with the content of VLDL in serum having no change.The ratio of TC/HDL,LDL/HDL decreases significantly (P<0.01),and the content of ET in plasma increases significantly (P<0.01).The result shows that exhaustive exercise can be an important factor for the injury of organism,the disorder of lipoprotein,and the increase of the content of ET.
