穿琥宁粉针剂佐治小儿肺炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药穿琥宁对小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 80例肺炎患儿随机分为对照组 37例和治疗组 4 3例 ,对照组按常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗基础上同时加用穿琥宁静脉滴注 ,按比例每日 10 mg/kg,每日 1次 ,连用 7d。结果 :退热时间、止咳时间、痰量减少时间、肺部罗音消失时间、胸片肺炎吸收情况治疗组均显著优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine Chuanhuning on infantile pneumonia. Methods 80 cases of infantile pneumonia were divided into control group (37 cases) and therapeutic group (43 cases), the contral group accepted routine therapy, and the therapeutic group added on Chuanhuning injection by vein on the basis of routine therapy, 10 mg/(kg.d), one time per day in seven days. Results The course of pyretolysis, antitussis, disappearance of pulmonary moist rale and being in hospital in the therapeutic group than that in the control group (P<0.01), the change of X ray in the therapeutic was superior to control group. Conclusion Chuanhuning injection is the effective medicine for infantile pneumonia.
