全乐宁雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效观察和护理

摘　　要：目的 :探讨儿童哮喘急性发作时联合使用全乐宁的疗效及护理配合。方法 :选择急性期的哮喘患儿 6 0例 ,分为治疗组、对照组各 30例 ,治疗组联合使用全乐宁雾化吸入 ,0 .0 1～ 0 .0 3ml·kg-1·次-1,加生理盐水至 2ml,2次 /d ;对照组联合使用α 糜蛋白酶针剂每次 5mg及庆大霉素、病毒唑 ,加生理盐水至 10ml,采用氧射流雾化吸入 ,2次 /d ,共治疗5～ 7d ,观察咳嗽、喘鸣、哮鸣音及痰液消失的天数。结果 :治疗组喘鸣、哮鸣音及痰液消失均较对照组快 (P <0 0 5 ) ,咳嗽消失两组无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :全乐宁雾化吸入能较快解除儿童哮喘时呼吸道阻塞。Objective:To investigate the curative effects of combined Ventolin TM on acute ashma in child and the nursing co operation.Methods:60 children with acute asthma were divided randomly into two groups:30 as experimental group and 30 as control group.The children in the experimental group were administrated with combined atomized Ventolin TM ,twice a day and 2ml contained Ventolin TM 0.02～0.03ml/kg each time.The controls received the atomized α chymotrypsin,twice a day and 5ml with 10ml saline each time.The treatment lasted 5～7 days in both groups,and the days when cough,wheeze,wheezing rale and sputum disappeared were recorded.Results:Wheeze,wheezing rale and sputum in the experimental group disappeared faster than those in controls( P <0.05),but no significant difference in cough between the two groups was found ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Combined use of atomized Ventolin TM can remarkably remove the airway obstruction.
