摘　　要：本文在简述了我国矿产资源开发对生态环境的影响 ,以及国外的矿产资源综合利用和矿区环境治理情况的基础上 ,着重分析了我国矿山环境综合治理的现状 ,并据此提出了完善法制建设、加大执法力度、拓宽资金投入、实现市场运作、加强国际合作等五项政策性建议 。The influences of mining activities on ecological environment in China,the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources and environmental protection in foreign countries are briefly described.On this basis,the status of environmental protection in mining areas in China is analysed.To improve the environmental protection work,five suggestions are made:completing of legal regulations and rules,strengthening of law execution,widening of capital investment,realizing of market competition,enhancing of international collaboration.
