摘　　要：国家“西电东送”战略对山西地方电力工业的发展是一个机遇。建设大型燃煤坑口电厂 ,开发黄河北干流水电基地 ,适当发展抽水蓄能电厂是山西省地方电力工业可持续发展的较好选择。The strategy for Power transfer from west to east is an opportrnity for development of Shanxi local power industry.It's a better selection for power industy continued development to build large coal-fired power Plant,explore hydropower bases of north main stream in Yellow River,and appropriate develop pumped storage power Plant.
