摘　　要：电力市场环境下的电网调度及其自动化问题是第39届国际大电网会议的一个热点问题。本文评介了本次会议十分关注的电网调度机构的性质、任务,电网调度人员的模拟培训和调度自动化系统结构问题。介绍了WG39.05有关电力市场环境下的电网调度职能的调查和分析结果以及WG39.03有关调度员模拟培训系统的现状和发展方向的调查结果。The power system operation and control facing competition market is one of the comment issues for the CIGRE session of2002.This paper introduces the subjects focusing on new power dispatching centers‘functions,responsibilities and the new control systems ’structures and on the requirements on the training of dispatchers that presented by the session.The paper also introduces the results of a questionnaire survey and analysis about the development and changes in the business of system operators by the changing environment within WG39.05,the results of a questionnaire survey and analysis about the OTS within WG39.03.
