摘　　要：在GCr15钢表面进行了固体粉末钒铬共渗试验 ,并运用金相、扫描电镜能谱波谱分析、硬度及耐磨性试验等方法 ,分析测定了共渗层的组织与性能。结果表明 ,共渗层组织均匀 ,结构致密 ,具有高的硬度以及良好的滑动摩擦磨损性能等。用于冷作模具 ,能明显地提高使用寿命。Pack chromvanadizing test on GCr15 steel was carried out.The microstructure and mechanical properties were measured by metallographic examination,SEM spectrum analysis,microhardness test and wear test.The results show that the microstructure of chromvanadized layer is uniform and compact,which possess high hardness,good wear resistance.The chromvanadized cold working dies can obtain high service life.
