摘　　要：流式细胞仪是一种对细胞进行定量分析与分选的精密仪器,它分析速度快、特异性好和灵敏度高,是生物医学研究的强有力工具。本文在自己研制的流式细胞仪的基础上,结合国内外的最新动态,概述了该领域在仪器和技术方面的最新发展及其在生物医学研究中的应用。The flow cytometer is a kind of the precision instrument that can be used for cell quantitative analyzing and cell sorting. The analysis speed is quick, the specificity good and sensitivity high. It is the powerful tool in the biomedical research. On the basis of the flow cytometer R&D by ourselves and in combination with the newest domestic and foreign dynamic, it is outlined in this article that the newest development of the domain in the aspect of instruments and the techniques and the application in the biomedical research.
