阳泉市煤矿工人性病艾滋病知识 态度 行为调查

摘　　要：目的 了解煤矿工人性病艾滋病知识、态度、行为,为宣传教育活动提供依据。方法 选择国营阳泉煤矿集团二、三、五矿及地方燕龛煤矿单身矿工为调查对象,用问卷调查表收集有关性病艾滋病知识、态度、行为方面资料。结果 共调查557人,有8.62％的人曾出现过疑似性病症状,不就诊的占64.6％;首次性生活对象非配偶的达23.9％,安全套使用率仅为10.8％;过去3个月中有20.52％的人发生过婚外性生活,仅有0～36.4％的矿工每次都使用安全套,27.3％～46.2％的人从未使用过安全套;最近一次非婚性生活只有9.4％～25％的人全程使用了安全套;33.5％的矿工不知道安全套从哪里可以得到。88.3％的煤矿工人听说过艾滋病,有44.5％的人认为艾滋病是一种无法治愈的传染病;对有关艾滋病传播途径的正确回答率为18.5％～72.5％,有22.1％～47.8％的矿工根本不知道艾滋病是如何传播的。结论煤矿工人对性病艾滋病认知水平低,防范意识差,应尽快开展预防性病艾滋病宣传教育工作。Objective To understand STD/AIDS knowledge, attitude and behaviors among coal miners, and provide basic information for STD/AIDS propagation and education activities. Methods Unmarried coal-miners were chosen as subjects of survey from Yangquan Mine Group NO.2,3, 5 and local Yankan Coal Mine. Questionnaires were used to collect materials about STD/AIDS knowledge,attitude and behaviors. Result (1)Of the total miners surveyed 557 persons, or 8.62% had suspected STD symptoms before, 64.6% of whom didn't see doctors at all. (2)23.9% conducted their first sexual activities with casual sex partners with the condom use rate only 10.8% (3)20.52% had non- marital sexual intercourses in the past three months, and of them only 0-36.4% used condoms consistently, 27.3 - 46.2 % never used condoms in such intercourses, 9.4-25% used condoms in their last intercourse, and still 33.5 % had no idea where to get condoms.(4)88.3% of the respondents had heard about AIDS, but 44.5% thought AIDS an uncurable infectious disease. ( 5 )The correct answer rate was 18.5 - 72.5 % about transmission routes of AIDS, and 22.1 - 47.8 % of the surveyed miners had no idea how AIDS was transmitted. Conclusion STD/AIDS knowledge among coal miners is poor, and their awareness of prevention is low; therefore we should carry out propagation and education activities on STD/AIDS prevention.
