中西医疗法用于肛门病术后并发症预防观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中西医疗法用于肛门病术后并发症预防的效果及作用机理。方法针对肛门病术后易出现的并发症(出血、疼痛、尿潴留、大便困难、术缘水肿、伤口愈合慢 ) ,中西医疗法组 186例用自制长效局麻剂作肛周局麻 ,全身抗感染 ,中药局部外洗等治疗 ;对照组 186例常规用药治疗。结果 :中西医疗法组出现肛门病术后并发症 2例 ,对照组有 172例。两组比较有非常显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。且中西医疗法组切口愈合时间较对照组明显缩短。结论 :中西医疗法用于肛门病术后并发症的预防效果显著。Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine in preventing the complication of post anal operation.Methods:To aim at the complication of post anal operation(bleeding,pain,retention of urine,dyschesia etc),perianal anesthesia,anti-infection and Chinese drug lotion had been applied in the test group(186 cases),meanwhile,routine treatment,in the control(186 cases also).Result:2 cases of complication took place in the test,but,172 cases,in the control.There can be found obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine is a good therapy in preventing the complication of post anal operation. [
