摘　　要：根据国内市场对聚丙烯纤维料需求量的增加 ,大庆 10 0kt/a聚丙烯装置按照用户要求 ,并结合本装置技术特点 ,从产品基本特性要求出发 ,研究了该产品的熔体流动速率、等规度等技术指标 ,确定了生产工艺参数 ,成功地开发了纤维料F30S产品 ,并且当年形成规模化生产 。As demand of PP fiber F30S increased in internal market,according to need of user and combining with technology characteristic of equipment,Daqing 100kt/a PP equipment researched the MFR and isotacticity of product and synthesized the PP fiber F30S product successfully.The good economic benefit has been gained with the scale of production in that year.
