摘 要:在中温35℃条件下,利用厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)试验装置对焦化废水进行了厌氧预处理研究。对以蔗糖为基质培养的接种颗粒污泥进行了225d的驯化。生物化学甲烷势(BMP)测定结果表明,焦化废水的最大甲烷化率是41.9%。采用正交试验分析研究了进水时间与反应时间比值(tf/tr)、沼气搅拌强度、间歇搅拌方式3个工艺条件对CODCr去除效率的影响程度,并对3个工艺条件进行了优化研究。An anaerobic pretreatment of wastewater from coking process with Anaerobic Sequential Batch Reactor (ASBR) at a mild temperature of 35 ℃ was studied.The granular solid sludge for inoculation, which was cultivated with sucrose as the substrate,had been acclimated for 225 days.The results of determination by BMP (Biological Methane Potential) showed that the maximum methanation rate of the wastewater from coking process was 41.9%.Orthogonal test was made to evaluate the effects of three process conditions on CODCr removal efficiency,including ratio of water filling time to reaction time (tf/tr),methane agitation intensity and intermittent agitation.In addition,optimization of these three process conditions was studied.
