摘　　要：目的 　研究银五加胶囊对大鼠的长期毒性。方法 　以 0 .78g.kg- 1 · bw,1.5 7g.kg- 1 · bw和 3 .13 g.kg- 1 · bw分别给予大鼠喂饲 3 0 d,结束后检测血液学和血清生化指标 ,测脏体比并作肝、脾、肾和胃病理检查。 结果 　银五加胶囊对大鼠生长发育无不良影响 ,血液学、血清生化指标值在正常值范围内 ,病理学检查未见特异性病理改变。 结论OBJECTIVE To Study the chronic toxicity of Yinwujia Capsule in rats.METHODS The rats fed with the doses of 0 78g.kg -1 ·bw,1 57g.kg -1 ·bw and 3 13g.kg -1 ·bw of Yinwujia Capsules for 30 days.When the experimentwas done.Haematological value and biochemical item of blood serum were measured.The ratio of viscera to body were measured and the liver,spleen,kidney,and stomach were examined by the pathology.RESULTS Yinwujia Capsule don't influence rats to grow.The level of hematology and biochemistry of blood serum were normal.There is no differential pathology change in viscera.CONCLUSION There is no chronic toxicity of Yinwujia Capsule in rats.
