摘  要:目的 在已建立的大鼠→兔异种造血嵌合体模型中 ,了解异种移植免疫耐受机制 .方法 通过直接、间接免疫荧光染色技术及补体介导的细胞毒试验等方法 ,检测大鼠MHC- 类分子阳性细胞以及体液免疫功能 .结果 检测出大鼠 MHC- 类分子阳性细胞比例为 31.0 %~ 6 1.9% ,且此细胞体液免疫功能正常 ;同时在此模型中检测出有较高浓度的兔抗大鼠单个核细胞抗体存在 ,且受体补体功能正常 .结论  1用我们所建立的方法进行异种骨髓移植是成功的 ;2在受体补体活性正常的嵌合体模型中大鼠单个核细胞与兔抗大鼠单个核细胞抗体出现的共存现象 (即适应 accom m- oda-tion) ,是形成此嵌合体的原因 .AIM To explore the mechanism of immunotolerance of xenotransplantation in the established rat to rabbit heterogeneous hemopoietic chimera model. METHODS Through examination of the direct, indirect immunofluorescence and complement mediated cytotoxic experiment, we examined the proportion with rat cells chimerized in recipient rabbit and the complement activity in the recipient. RESULTS The proportion with rat cells chimerized in the re cipient rabbit was high and the complement activity in the recipient was normal in the established rat to rabbit heterogeneous hemopoietic chimera model, and donor cells' humoral immunity function was normal too. We also found a high concentration of anti rat cell antibody in recipient rabbit peripheral blood. CONCLUSION ① The method for heterogeneous bone marrow transplantation is feasible; ② The accommodation phenomena rat cells and rabbit anti rat cells antibody in the chimera model is a mechanism of immunotolerance of xenotransplantation.
