糖尿病性膀胱病的影像学诊断

摘　　要：目的 :探讨糖尿病性膀胱病的影像学表现、检查方法及其诊断价值。方法 :搜集 14例糖尿病性膀胱病 ,具有完整的临床、实验室检查、B超及静脉尿路造影资料 ,作一回顾性分析。结果 :糖尿病性膀胱病表现 :膀胱体积增大 ,呈松塔样 ,边缘可光滑或有假憩室及结石形成 ,输尿管膀胱段返流 ,伴有双侧输尿管增宽、纡曲或以一侧明显 ,不同程度肾积水。结论 :结合病史、实验室检查、影像学检查 ,特别是静脉尿路造影 (IVU )表现并综合分析 ,可明确诊断 ,但如同时合并糖尿病性肾病 ,宜行B超和膀胱逆行造影 。Objective:To investigate the imaging methods and features of diabetic cystipathy as well as to assess their diagnostic value.Methods:14 patients with diabetic cystipathy with complete clinical data, laboratory tests,B ultrasound and intravenous urography (IVU) were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The imaging findings of diabetic cystipathy included enlarged bladder like a tower,with smooth edge or pseudo diverticulum and stone inside.In addition,vesicoureteral reflux accompanying with bilateral or unilateral tortuous dilatation of ureter and hydronephrosis in varying degrees was documented on images.Conclusion:The combined use of patient history,laboratory tests and imaging exams especially of IVU may make a definite diagnosis.With concomitant diabetic nephropathy,B ultrosound and retrograde cystography ought to be performed to avoid acute renal insufficiency.
