摘　　要：人民币跨境支付系统是为人民币跨境和离岸业务提供资金清算、结算服务的重要金融基础设施。本文通过阐述中越跨境结算现状及人民币跨境支付系统在越南推广运用的情况,指出当前人民币跨境支付系统在越南境内使用中存在的问题,通过深入分析问题产生的原因,提出相关对策建议。This paper describes the status of settlement between China and Vietnam and the usage of cross-bor?der Interbank Payment System in Vietnam. Then it points out there are some problems in it,and analyzes the root ofquestion. And then,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the usage of the Cross-border Interbank Payment Sys?tem.
