摘　　要：本文通过梳理PPP模式内涵与运作机理,总结PPP模式在国内外的实践,结合广西辖区实际运用PPP模式的情况,分析PPP模式在广西实际运用存在的困难和问题,并就广西实际深入探讨PPP模式在广西的路径选择,提出相关政策建议。Combining the PPP mode connotation and operation mechanism,the article summarizes the PPP mod?el in practice both domestic and overseas. Then combined with the actual application of the PPP model in Guangxi,weanalyze the difficulties and problems of PPP model in the practical application in Guangxi. Finally,we put forward rele?vant policy recommendations to explore the path of PPP model in Guangxi.
