摘　　要：目前,广西区住房保障领域仍存在住房困难家庭的基本需求尚未根本解决、保障性住房总体供应不足、建设进度迟缓等问题,而PPP模式则成为今后投融资体制改革的重要方向。本文基于广西保障性住房建设的现状,分析其存在的融资问题及风险,通过比较几种常用的PPP运营模式,就选择适合广西情况的PPP融资模式、加快广西保障性住房建设提出了建议。Currently,there are many problems on security housing in Guangxi,such as short supply,shortage offunds. PPP model has become an important way for security housing development. Based on the currently situation inGuangxi,through analysis and comparing of several PPP model,we choose the appropriate situation to develop thegovernment security housing.
