摘  要:复杂性组织的组织作用是复杂性组织自身对与组织有关的无序及有序实施的相互转化,是复杂性组织稳定与创新的基础。这可以从三个方面来解读:一是复杂性组织中存在着无序与有序的相互转化,这导致了组织在蜕变与成长中由简单性组织成为复杂性组织,也促使组织不僵化在有序里不失控于无序中;二是复杂性组织需要无序与有序的相互转化,这使组织的生存与存在及突现成为可能;三是复杂性组织中的无序与有序可以相互转化:有序的耗散定律阐述了有序可以向无序转化,耗散结构理论则证实了无序可以向有序转化,而无序与有序的相互转化只能在复杂性组织内及其自组织机制作用下实现。The function of a complex organization is the interconversion for the complex organization itself to exertbetween disorder and order related to the organization, which is the stable and innovative foundation of the complexorganization. This can be interpreted from three aspects. Firstly, there exists an interconversion between disorder andorder in the complex organization, which leads to the growth and transformation of the organization from a simple oneto a complex one, and also causes the organization to exist in order rather than disorder. Secondly, the complexorganization needs a conversion between disorder and order, which makes it possible for the organization to survive,exist and excel. Finally, there is the conversion between disorder and order in the complex organization. The orderlydissipation law elaborates that the order can be converted to disorder, the dissipative structure theory confirms that thedisorder can be converted to order, and the conversion between disorder and order can only work within the complexorganization and self-organization.
