具有改善人体亚健康状态功效的微型芳香康复花园设计建造及功效研究

摘　　要：城市人群中普遍存在的亚健康问题在困扰个体的同时也带来了一些社会风险。康复花园及相关疗法作为一种温和的康复方式有潜力成为对抗亚健康问题的有力工具。从康复花园及园艺疗法、芳香疗法的研究出发,探讨具有改善人体亚健康状态功能的芳香康复花园的构建方式,并以此为基础设计建造了微型芳香康复花园。最后基于生物学检测及多类相关问卷调查研究康复效果,结果表明以此方法构建的微型芳香康复花园及其康复体系对于改善人体亚健康状态具有积极的作用。2The prevalence of sub-health in urbanites disturbs individual, at the same time put the society under risks of problems suchas medical conflicts. Healing garden and relevant therapy method have the potential to play an efficient role in solving this problem.After studying the healing garden, horticultural therapy and aromatherapy theories, a framework was summarized and a garden wasthe built based on this framework. At last a verification experiment was carried out. The result of biomarker and scales show that thishealing garden has positive effect on relieving the sub-health state of human.
