养老综合体建筑模式研究

摘　　要：养老综合体是将老年人衣、食、住、行、乐各个方面所涉及的功能合为一体来解决养老问题的养老居住形式,且作为一种新兴的养老模式受到越来越多的关注.它既能很好地满足老年人的养老需求,也能减轻家庭养老的负担.笔者结合现在全国各地已建成的养老综合体建筑,从建筑学专业的角度,对养老综合体建筑模式进行分析,以期为今后养老综合体的建设提供一定意义上的参考.Senior home complex buildings are involved in clothing, food, residence, transportation and entertainment for theaged in all aspects, whose functions are rolled into one form, residential form to solve the aged problems. Being the newmodel for the aged, it has caused more and more people's attention to it. It can either well meet the needs of the aged, but alsocan reduce family burden for family members to take care of the aged. This paper analyzes the model of senior home complexbuildings which have been built all over the country so far from the point of architecture division, in order to providegood references for the same construction in the future.
