新城镇居住社区公共空间POE调查——以天津市张家窝镇为例

摘　　要：使用后评价(POE)是使用者对建成环境的满意程度的实证性调查.笔者运用POE方法对天津市张家窝居住社区公共空间进行实地调查;利用参与性观察法、访谈法、问卷法进行数据收集;将问卷结果进行Excel统计分析和SD曲线分析;归纳使用者的基本情况、行为特点和交往方式;总结公共空间存在的问题;并针对新城镇公共空间地域特色的缺失、应对季节变化的被动等问题提出相应的改进建议.Post Occupancy Evaluation means empirical investigation of users’ appraisal to building Environment.Thispaper is a site investigation to public space of Zhangjiawo residential community,using the method of Participatory observation,interviews,questionnaires to collect the data,analyzes the questionnaire results with Excel and SD CurveAnalysis,generalizes the users’ basic attributes,behavior characteristics,the way of communion to sum up theproblems,and puts forward proposals on the missing of geographical features and the passive of seasonal changes andso on.
