摘 要:针对涡轴发动机夏季工厂试车性能普遍不合格现象,通过研究大气湿度对发动机进气和燃气热力参数的作用,证明大气湿度变化对发动机性能和工作特性有一定影响。利用相似第一定理,分析并计算了非标准状态下,发动机地面试车时性能换算参数的湿度修正情况,结合计算机编程得出不同湿度条件下各换算参数的湿度修正系数。工厂试车验证表明,加入湿度修正方案后,对发动机健康状况的评定更加客观,更能反映发动机的真实性能状态。A type of turboshaft engine performance test is often unqualified especially in summer. Throughstudying the influence of atmospheric humidity on properties of gas, it was proved that the change of atmo?spheric humidity had some impacts on the performance and working properties of engine. By means of thesimilarity theorem, the correction factors of the engine off-design performance parameters in ground testwere calculated and analyzed. And the humidity correction coefficient under different humidity conditionscould be obtained by computer programming. By the examination of commissioning in the factory, it isproved that after adding humidity correction scheme, engine health assessment became more objective, andthe engine performance can be presented more authentically.
