66例糖尿病患者的中医辨证施护

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病患者的中医临床护理效果。方法:选取2013年5月—2014年5月住院治疗的132例糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察两组护理效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.4%,对照组为83.3%,两组差异明显具有统计学意义。结论:糖尿病中医护理方法,可以有效地控制血糖,延缓疾病的发展进程减少了并发症,对本病的转归起到了积极的作用,值得临床推广。Objective: To explore the clinical effect TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in treating patients with diabetes mellitus.Method: Clinical data of 132 patients with diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were retrospectivelyanalyzed and the nursing effects of two groups were observed. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.4% while thatof the control group was 83.3%; the difference between tow groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiationnursing could effectively control the blood sugar level, delay the progression of the disease and lessen complications, which played apositive role in the prognosis of the disease in treating patients with diabetes mellitus, therefore, it was worthy of clinical promotion.
