对社区老年糖尿病患者开展家庭医生制度对其血糖水平控制的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨对社区老年糖尿病患者开展家庭医生制度对其血糖水平控制的作用。方法:本次病例对象为2012年1月以来的75例社区老年糖尿病患者,按照随机抽样法将患者分为组a和组b。组a行常规社区干预;组b开展家庭医生制度。评价:1疾病知晓率、治疗依从率、血糖达标率;2空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体重指数、糖化血红蛋白。结果:1组b患者疾病知晓率、治疗依从率、血糖达标率比组a显著高,比较后差异显著,P<0.05;2组b干预后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体重指数、糖化血红蛋白比组a显著低,比较后差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对社区老年糖尿病开展家庭医生制度对其血糖水平控制的作用良好,可提升患者疾病认知和治疗依从性,降低血糖水平和体重指数,促进血糖达标,对患者预后有益,值得推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of family doctor system on the blood glucose level in the elderly patients withdiabetes. Methods: 75 elderly patients with diabetes, who were treated in our hospital since January 2012, were divided into group A andgroup B according to the random sampling method, group A received routine community intervention while group B received interventionof the family doctor system. Evaluation was given to:①the awareness rate, treatment compliance and blood sugar compliance rate;②fasting blood glucose, postprandial two hours blood glucose, body mass index and glycosylated hemoglobin. Results: ① The awarenessrate, treatment compliance rate and blood sugar compliance rate of patients in group B were significantly higher than that of group A, thedifference was statistically significant, P<0.05; ②The fasting blood glucose, postprandial two hours blood glucose, body mass index andglycosylated hemoglobin of patients in group B were significantly lower than that of group A, the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05. Conclusion: Carrying out the family doctor system in the community elderly diabetes patients had a good effect on the control oflevel of blood glucose, it could improve the patients’ disease awareness and treatment compliance, reduce blood glucose levels and bodymass index, promote the normalization of blood glucose, which were beneficial to the prognosis of patients, therefore, it was worthy ofbeing popularized.
