胃炎方治疗慢性浅表性胃炎63例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃炎方治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取慢性浅表性胃炎患者125例,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组。其中治疗组63例用胃炎汤治疗,对照组62例用常规西医药治疗,疗程为4个星期。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.5%;对照组总有效率仅为77.4%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但治疗组患者的自我症状改善比较明显,对食欲没有影响。而对照组患者的自我症状改善后易出现反复,对食欲影响较大。结论:胃炎方治疗慢性浅表性胃炎效果理想,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To exlore the clinical effect of Weiyan Formula in treating chronic superficial gastritis. Methods: 125patients with chronic superficial gastritis were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 63 cases in thetreatment group received Weiyan Formula while 62 cases in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment, thetreatment lasted one course, which was of four weeks. Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group was 82.5% and that of the controlgroup was only 77.4%, there was no statistically significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). But the self improvement of patientsin the treatment group was more significant and it had no influence on the patients’ appetite while the self improvement of control grouptended to be recurrent, and it had significant impact on appetite. Conclusion: Weiyan Formula had ideal effect in treating chronic superficialgastritis; it was worth clinical promotion and application.
