急性腰扭伤患者经针刺火腑海穴治疗的疗效及预后分析

摘　　要：目的:研究急性腰扭伤患者经针刺火腑海穴治疗的疗效及预后分析。方法:从2011年2月—2013年2月,于我院共有142例急性腰扭伤患者就诊。以数字法随机分成观察组(71例)和对照组(71例)。其中观察组采用针刺火腑海穴进行治疗,对照组则运用热敷牵引联合止痛药进行治疗。对比观察两组的近期疗效及远期疗效。结果:观察组近期治愈率为59.2%(42/71),近期总有效率为98.6%(70/71),均显著高于对照组的42.3%(30/71),90.1%(64/71);观察组远期治愈率为59.2%(42/71),远期总有效率为97.2%(69/71),均显著高于对照组的42.3%(30/71),88.7%(63/71),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺火腑海穴治疗急性腰扭伤患者不仅能保证近期疗效,还有好的远期疗效,值得临床推广使用。Objective: To study effect and prognosis analysis of acupuncture Huofuhai point in the treatment of acute lumber sprain.Methods: 142 cases with acute lumbar sprain admitted in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were taken for study, and wererandomly divided into observation group (71 cases) and control group (71 cases). The observation group was treated with acupunctureHuofuhai point , while the control group was treated with analgesic treatment, traction combined with hot compress. The efficacy andlong-term effect were compared between the groups after treatment. Results: The curative rate and the total effective rate wererespectively 59.2% (42/71) and 98.6% (70/71), in the observation group, which were higher than those in the control group 42.3% (30/71),90.2% (64/71)). Long term curative rate and long term effective rate in the observation group were respectively 59.2% (42/71) and 97.18%(69/71), which were higher than those in the control group 42.3% (30/71), 88.7% (63/71)); the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture Huofuhai point in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain not only ensures the curative effect in the nearfuture but also has good long-term effect, so it is worthy of clinical application.
