腹针配合梅花针刺络拔罐治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹针结合梅花针刺络拔罐治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:120例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分成腹针治疗组、梅花针拔罐刺络治疗组、腹针结合梅花针刺络拔罐治疗(综合组)各40例,三组临床疗效进行比较。结果:腹针治疗组、梅花针拔罐刺络治疗组、腹针结合梅花针治疗组总有效率分别为87.5%、90.0%、97.5%。结论:腹针治疗组、梅花针拔罐刺络治疗组两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗效相差无几,都能取得较好疗效;综合组和其他两组疗效比较经统计学检验,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明综合疗法明显优于其他两组疗效。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture & cupping in treatingknee osteoanhritis (KOA). Methods:120 patients with knee osteoanhritis were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 40 cases in each group,the first group was treated with abdominal-acupuncture, the second group was treated with blood-letting puncture & cupping,the thirdgroup was treated with acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture & cupping, the therapeutic effects of three groups werecompared. Results: The total therapeutic effective rate of the abdominal-acupuncture, blood-letting puncture & cupping group andacupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture & cupping group was 87.5%, 90.0%, 97.5% respectively. The difference between theabdominal-acupuncture and blood-letting puncture & cupping group was not statistically significant (P>0.05) because both groupsachieved similar effects while the difference between the acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture & cupping group and othertwo groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) after statistical test. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture &cupping had better therapeutic effect in treating knee osteoanhritis.
