摘　　要：目的:探讨中药毒副作用的影响因素和预防其发生的方法。方法:对中药使用中出现毒副作用引起原因进行分析提出相关的预防方法。结果:引起中药毒副反应的因素多种多样,主要有误用、错用中药、采摘季节不同、地域不同、配伍不合理、剂量不正确等,都可导致中药毒副作用。结论:在中药的临床使用中,要进行法制化、规范化、科学化的管理,加强临床医护人员的培训和继续教育工作,开展中药知识的普及教育工作,从思想观念上预防中药毒副作用的发生。Objective: To explore the influencing factors and preventive methods of toxic and side effects of traditional Chineseherbal medicine. Methods: Related preventive methods of toxic and side effects of traditional Chinese herbal medicine were proposedbased on the analysis of the causes of toxic and side effects. Results: The influencing factors of toxic and side effects of traditional Chineseherbal medicine were various, which mainly included misapplication, misuse of traditional Chinese herbal medicine, different pickingseasons, different regions, unreasonable compatibility and incorrect dosage, etc. All the above-mentioned factors would cause the toxic andside effects of traditional Chinese herbal medicine. Conclusion: In the clinical application of traditional Chinese herbal medicine,legalization, standardization and scientific management were needed, the training and continuing education of clinical medical staff shouldbe strengthened, the popularization and education of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge should be carried out, the occurrence oftraditional Chinese medicine side effects should be prevented from the ideological concept.
