摘　　要：目的:探析冠心病患者接受综合护理干预对其生活质量的改善情况,以进一步优化冠心病护理措施。方法:将我院2014年5月—2015年10月收治的80例冠心病患者分两组,对照组40例为常规护理,观察组40例为综合护理干预。结果:护理后两组SF-36评分较护理前有所提高,但研究组提高幅度显著较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预对冠心病患者的生活质量提高具有积极影响,临床可行性高。Objective: To study the improvement of the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after comprehensivenursing intervention, in order to further optimize the nursing measures of coronary heart disease. Methods: 80 patients with coronary heartdisease, treated in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015, were divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group receivedconventional nursing, 40 cases in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Results: The SF-36 score of twogroups were improved compared with that before the treatment, but the improvement in the observation group was significantly higher thanthat of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention had positive effect on the quality of life of patientswith coronary heart disease, and it was of high clinical feasibility.
