丹参通脉胶囊对心肌缺血心电图的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参通脉胶囊对心肌缺血患者的心电图的影响。方法:选择我院住院及门诊的心肌缺血患者90例,随机分为三组,分别为丹参通脉胶囊大剂量组(100 mg/kg),丹参通脉胶囊中剂量组(50 mg/kg),丹参通脉胶囊小剂量组(25 mg/kg),三组均治疗20周。记录并比较静脉注射丹参通脉胶囊后1周、10周、20周心电图ST段下移和T波的变化。结果:丹参通脉胶囊100 mg/kg、50 mg/kg能有效对抗心电图ST段下移和T波的升高,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:丹参通脉胶囊对心肌缺血有较好的保护作用。Objective: To observe the effect of Danshen Tongmai Capsule on electrocardiogram of myocardial ischemia. Methods: Atotal of 36 outpatients and inpatients with myocardial ischemia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups: high doseDanshen Tongmai Capsule group (100 mg/ kg), middle dose Danshen Tongmai Capsule group (50 mg/kg) and low dose Danshen TongmaiCapsule group (25 mg/ kg), all three groups were treated for 20 weeks, changes of ST segment and T wave in electrocardiogram 1 week, 10weeks and 20 weeks respectively after intravenous injection of Danshen Tongmai Capsule were recorded and compared. Results: 100 mg /kg and 50 mg/ kg of Danshen Tongmai Capsule could effectively work against ECG ST segment depression and T wave elevation, thedifference was statistically significant compared with that before the treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Danshen Tongmai Capsule had goodprotective effect on myocardial ischemia.
