滋补肝肾潜阳方治疗高血压病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滋补肝肾潜阳方治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照双盲方法,将72例高血压病患者分为两组,治疗组36例,对照组36例,治疗组脱落2例,对照组脱落5例。对照组给予西药降压药物基础治疗加配方颗粒模拟剂,治疗组(滋补肝肾潜阳方组)给予西药降压药物基础治疗加滋补肝肾潜阳方颗粒剂。两组连续治疗4周后进行临床疗效评价。结果:两组降压幅度比较,治疗组的24 h SBP、24 h DBP下降均优于对照组;降压有效率比较,治疗组总有效率为79.4%,对照组总有效率为48.4%,经统计学比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为85.3%;对照组总有效率为45.2%。滋补肝肾潜阳方组治疗后中医证候疗效明显,差异有显著性意义。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:滋补肝肾潜阳方治疗高血压病肝肾阴虚、肝阳上亢证,可有效降低血压,改善临床症状。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zibu Ganshen Qianyang prescription on hypertension. Methods: 72 casesof hypertensive were randomly divided into a treatment group (36 cases) and a control groups (36 cases) by using randomized, controlled,double-blind method. The treatment group detached 2 cases and the control group detached 5 cases. The control group was treated withwestern medicine combined with dispensing granule of placebo, while the treatment group was treated with Zibu Ganshen Qianyangprescription based on western medicine. After continuous 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical effects were evaluated. Results: Two groups ofantihypertensive amplitude compared treatment group 24 hsbp, 24 hdbp were better than that of the control group decreased;antihypertensive efficiency compared, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.4%, while that of the control group was 48.39%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect comparison, the total effective rate ofthe treatment group was 85.3%;while that of the control group was 45.2%. After treatment, Zibu Ganshen Qianyang prescription Group hasaccurate efficacy, and the difference was significant. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: ZibuGanshen Qianyang prescription can treat deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, hyperactivity of liver-yang type hypertension, effectivelyreducing blood pressure and improving the clinical symptoms.
