摘　　要：目的:观察朱砂安神丸治疗维持性血液透析(MHD)患者睡眠障碍临床疗效。方法:将纳入病例的40例MHD睡眠障碍患者按自评睡眠障碍量表分级分为轻度失眠组和中重度失眠组,均予以朱砂安神丸治疗,疗程均为15 d。对两组治疗前后临床症状评分进行比较。结果:轻度失眠组治疗后临床症状评分方面明显优于中重度失眠组(P<0.01)。结论:朱砂安神丸能明显改善轻度失眠MHD患者的临床症状,对中重度失眠MHD患者效果欠佳。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhusha Anshen pill in treating maintenance hemodialysis patients with sleepdisorders. Methods: 40 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were included as research objects, and those MHD patients with sleepdisorders were divided into the mild insomnia group and the moderate to severe insomnia group according to the self rating scale of sleepdisorder, both groups received Zhusha Anshen pill and the treatment lasted 15 days. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptom scoresof two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of the mild insomnia group were significantly betterthan that of the moderate to severe insomnia group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Zhusha Anshen pill could significantly relieve the clinicalsymptoms of MHD patients with mild insomnia, but its effect on MHD patients with moderate to severe insomnia was not satisfactory.
