摘　　要：目的:通过观察蜂针穴位应用治疗肩周炎的临床疗效,评估蜂针疗法在临床中的应用价值。方法:运用蜂针于肩髎、肩前、肩贞、天宗、阿是穴及曲池等穴位施针,疗程共计4周,前两周隔日1次,第3、4周3日1次。结果:根据Constant-Murley评分法对观察患者进行对比,蜂针治疗肩周炎总有效率为94.7%。结论:说明蜂针对治疗肩周炎有明显临床效果。Objective: To observe the curative effect of bee venom therapy in treating 76 cases of periarthritis of shoulder. Method:Bee venom therapy was applied in acupoints of Jianliao, Jianqian, Jianzhen, Tianzong, Ashi and Quchi, etc. Result: The effects of patientswere compared by applying Constant-Murley scoring method, the total effective rate of bee venom therapy was 94.7% in treatingperiarthritis of shoulder. Conclusion: Bee venom therapy had significant clinical effect in treating periarthritis of shoulder.
